WHO WE ARE
Hi! I’m Suzanna, a mum of two young children, and an urban flower farmer. I’ve been growing flowers for many years as a hobby and just loved the way I could grow blooms that I simply didn’t see in the shops. Filling my house with flowers all summer, and seeing people’s faces light up when I handed them gifted bouquets quickly became totally addictive. As my passion grew, so did my realisation that nearly all the flowers sold in the UK are flown in from other countries, sprayed with unregulated amounts of pesticides, herbicides and preservatives, and what were labelled as ‘seasonal’ flowers were often anything but, and just marketing jargon.
How could this be, when we have the climate to support such beautiful blooms? My flowery obsession continued, and I started this tiny business in 2025, so I could share clean, seasonal blooms with no chemicals harmful to our environment or ourselves.
I work as sustainably as is possible, growing nearly everything from seed, composting all my own food and plant waste, and making my own plant food from my food waste and worm farm. My aim is always to give back more to the land than I will ever take. The struggle is real against slugs, snails, and greenfly, amongst other bugs, but sometimes dealing with a nibbled petal or smaller profit margin is just the right thing to do.
I grow flowers in my garden here in East Molesey and on a small patch of rented land down the road in Hersham.
I supply beautiful seasonal flowers from April until October each year (and a little longer if Mother Nature allows!) and any orders will have been grown, cut and arranged by me just for you. I don’t have vast amounts of land, tractors or any staff - just me (and occasionally my wonderful friend Rachael), a few seed trays and a spade or two, fitting it all in between the school runs, never-ending laundry pile and more!
I supply seasonal bunches, gift bouquets and subscription flowers, alongside table flowers and bouquets for local businesses, and wholesale options for florists.
So if you like what you see here, and you love utterly gorgeous flowers, which are good for you and good for the planet, get in touch!
