TERMS + CONDITIONS:
HAVEN + HARVEST BLOOMS
1. The Nature of Our Product
Seasonality: Flowers are a natural product. All orders are subject to availability and the whims of Mother Nature. We reserve the right to substitute stems with others of equal or greater value if a specific bloom fails to meet our quality standards. Flowers will reflect what is currently in season and thus can change on a week to week basis. Photos of products on the website are examples of what you can expect but specific flowers may not be available all season eg tulips are springtime flowers, dahlias are late summer etc.
Variation: Because our flowers are grown, not manufactured, there will be natural variations in colour, size, and shape compared to photos on our website or social media, and will reflect the best of what is in the field at the time of ordering.
2. Ordering and Payment
Pricing: All prices are as listed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing for seasonal peaks (e.g., Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day).
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of ordering via our website unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations: Standard Bouquets: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery/collection for a full refund. Different policies apply to subscriptions and Holiday Peak orders. Full details can be found in our Refunds and Returns policy here.
Event/Bulk Orders: These require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold the date and specific crop.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order due to availability or other unforeseen circumstances. A full refund would be issued in the event of us cancelling an already paid for order.
3. Delivery and Collection
Unless agreed otherwise, flowers will be ready within 48 hours of purchasing. It takes time to cut, condition and arrange your blooms for the best possible vase life.
Delivery Policy: We will deliver to the address provided, as long as the address is within 3 miles of KT8 0HS. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the recipient is home or a safe, shaded spot is available. We are not responsible for flowers left out after delivery. Flowers are usually ready within 48 hours of purchasing, and deliveries are made on Tuesdays and Fridays. This means, for example, that orders for a Tuesday delivery must be placed at the latest on the Sunday morning prior, and orders for a Friday delivery must be placed at the latest on the Wednesday morning prior.
Collection: Orders must be collected from KT8 0HS by appointment only during a specified time slot.
4. Quality and Returns
Our flowers are fresh and perishable. Unlike many imported flowers, we use no pesticides, herbicides, or preservatives to prolong the life of our flowers. All our flowers are cut and conditioned at the optimal time to guarantee the longest possible vase life, but even still there will be individual variation between flowers and some may wilt before others do - this is natural and to be expected.
The "24-Hour Rule": Because flowers are perishable, any issues regarding quality must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Please include a photo of the flowers so we can assess the issue.
Exclusions: We cannot offer refunds for flowers that have been kept near heat sources, ripening fruit, or have not been given fresh water.

5. Proper Care
Upon receipt, flowers should be trimmed at a 45-degree angle and placed in clean water. Haven + Harvest Blooms provides care instructions with every order; failure to follow these instructions voids our quality guarantee. Please see our Flower Care Guide here.
6. Limitation of Liability
Haven + Harvest Blooms’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages (e.g., a ruined surprise or event delays).
7. Health and Safety
Not for Consumption: All products sold by Haven + Harvest Blooms are for ornamental use only. Our flowers and foliage are not grown for human or animal consumption.
Toxicity Warning: Many ornamental flowers are naturally toxic if ingested. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep floral arrangements out of reach of children and pets.
Allergies: Flowers are a natural source of pollen and fragrance. Haven + Harvest Blooms is not liable for any allergic reactions (including skin irritation or respiratory issues) resulting from contact with our products.
Assumption of Risk: By purchasing our products, the customer acknowledges the inherent risks of handling botanical materials and agrees that Haven + Harvest Blooms shall not be held liable for any illness, injury, or death resulting from the ingestion or misuse of our plants.
8. Flower Subscriptions
Flower subscriptions are usually delivered by us on a Friday, but can be collected from KT8 0HS by appointment if the buyer prefers.
The "Farmer’s Choice" Rule: Subscriptions are "Farmer’s Choice." This means we select the best of what is blooming on the farm each week. We cannot accommodate specific flower or colour requests for subscription bouquets.
Frequency and Schedule: Details of the first delivery will be arranged by us with you once the purchase comes through. Thereafter, deliveries will occur on a Friday, at intervals according to the plan bought.
Skipping or Pausing: If you are away, you may "gift" your bouquet to a friend (please notify us of the address change 48 hours in advance. This address must also be within 3 miles of KT8 0HS, or can be collected from KT8 0HS, by appointment only).
Alternatively, you may skip, or change the delivery week of your subscription one time per season, provided we receive 3 days' notice.
Crop Failure Clause: In the unlikely event of a crop failure or delay (e.g., extreme weather, pests), we reserve the right to:
Postpone the subscription start date.
Extend the subscription period.
Provide a pro-rated refund for the affected weeks/months.
Cancellation: Subscriptions can be cancelled mid-season, however, if you wish to do so, we require 3 days' notice before your next scheduled delivery. Refunds will be issued for any planned and undelivered bouquet deliveries. Please see our full Refunds and Returns policy here.
