DELIVERY + COLLECTION INFO

You can choose a delivery or collection option at checkout for any item in my shop, and when your order comes through, I’ll contact you to arrange a time and date for whichever option you have decided on.

I deliver in a 3 mile radius of KT8 0HS, with a delivery fee of £7, on Tuesdays and Friday mornings. I deliver to all of, or parts of, KT8, KT7, KT10, KT1, KT5, KT6, KT12, TW11 and TW12. If you’re unsure, send me a message over Whatsapp and I can check for you.

Flowers are usually ready no later than 48 hours after ordering, and deliveries are made on Tuesdays and Fridays. This means, for example, that orders for a Tuesday delivery must be placed at the latest on the Sunday morning before, and orders for a Friday delivery must be placed at the latest on the Wednesday morning before.

Alternatively, any orders can be collected from KT8 0HS, at a time agreed by me with you. Orders for collection are usually ready no later than 48 hours from time of ordering.
